Reading an Advertisement

All week advertised are only from members of the UK Club.
Only weeks registered with the Club are advertised.
Any queries please contact the Resale/Rentals Secretary (sales@anfiukmembers.co.uk ) if you have any problems with your entry.
It is the advertiser’s responsibility to ensure he has entered his details correctly
Since 7th March 2011 the Anfi Management has imposed a €50 fee for members to rent a week. Buyers may be asked to cover this fee.

Answering an Advertisement

All adverts are now in a section dedicated solely to Resales & Rentals
Interested parties can contact the owner by clicking on the name/email link in the advert.
The Club is not a resale or letting agent. It offers an introductory service only.
Only the apartments shown are available. We do NOT have access to any other stock so do not ask.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ascertain that the details of the apartment concerned are correct.
Non-members who purchase weeks are encouraged to join the Club on completion of the purchase.
Resales - Both parties involved in a resale are advised to carefully read the copy documents that you will receive from Anfi as part of the resale process.
Rentals - It is the responsibility of the owner to advise Anfi Customer Services of all the guests that will be using the apartment for that week giving names and addresses and phone number. All members will need to arrange a guest certificate which coast €50 (customerservice@anfi.es)

General

The Anfi UK Members' Club acts in good faith but, being an introductory service only, it is not liable for errors in the details entered by the members in their advertisements.
Any agreement for purchase/sale or rental will be a private arrangement between the two parties concerned.
The Anfi UK Members' Club is not involved after the introduction of the parties but is available to give advice if necessary.
The Club Chairman is prepared to act as escrow for any resale deal, by agreement with both parties. Details on request to (info@anfiukmembers.co.uk )
Anfi UK Members' Club is not part of or linked in any way to the Anfi Group of Companies

Time Lapsed

If a week reaches its use by date and remains unsold, the owner may reallocate the week to the following year if they so wish. If the week is not changed within 7 days from the expired date, it will be removed.
To avoid un-necessary emails the advertiser should remove their entry once they have concluded a deal.
